Returns Policy
Purchases may be returned to
us for a refund excluding delivery costs. Before returning any item, you must
contact Expresslock (Europe) Ltd. You must return the goods within fourteen days of the
receipt of your product/s.
Expresslock (Europe) Ltd will add a 20% re-stocking fee for goods returned deemed to be the customers error.
Goods must be returned to
Expresslock (Europe) Ltd. 26 Coleshill Road, Birmingham, B36.8AA. only.
(You will be required to pay for the postage and packaging costs to return any items to us, Expresslock (Europe) Ltd will not refund the expense you incur in returning any of the products to us.)
In order to receive a refund, your purchase must be returned in as-new condition, in original packaging and with all manuals and accessories, including keys if any. We will not refund products that have been keyed alike unless of course there was a mistake on our part, this is also the case for any extra keys that have been ordered. Please be aware that keyed alike products may take longer to arrive than the standard delivery time.
Please allow 14 - 21 days from date of return for refunds to be processed and credited to your account.
